RE: Meaning of Primary Event
Hi there,

if I understand you right, the answer is yes.

One event in the Database "xyz" can be used several times in the tree.

Do you know the "fault-tree-handbook"?

Some of the examples in openFTA can be found in the book, which you find in the Web.

best regards

Harald

Meaning of Primary Event
I am familiarizing myself with FTA and OpenFTA. If I have multiple instances of a Primary Event in my fault tree, does that mean that they are all one common event? Thanks.
